1. Duplicate Loan Repayment— If the borrower has unintentionally repaid the loan twice, regardless of the means.
2. Excess Payment Received— In cases where dial4money has received payment exceeding the repayment value.
3. Early Repayment Mistake— If the borrower mistakenly repays the loan before the due date.

Refund Processing Timeline

For eligible refund cases, the refunded amount will be credited to the respective bank account within 7 working days, offering prompt resolution to our valued customers.
